These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AllyScale AI website and services. By using our site or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

AllyScale AI provides done-for-you AI automation services for small businesses, including building, connecting, and managing automated workflows. The specific automations and scope are defined during your onboarding and audit.

Plans, billing & subscriptions

• Paid plans are billed on a recurring subscription basis through Stripe at the price shown at checkout.
• Some plans may include a one-time setup fee, which will be disclosed before you're charged.
• Your subscription renews automatically each billing period until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges. Access continues through the end of your current paid period.

Refunds

Because our work involves custom setup and ongoing managed service, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If something isn't right, contact us at info@allyscale.ai and we'll work with you in good faith.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and timely access to the tools and content we need to build your automations.
• Use our services lawfully and not for any prohibited, harmful, or infringing purpose.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials shared with you.

Intellectual property

The AllyScale name, logo, website, and underlying systems are our property. Content and data you provide remain yours. Upon full payment, you receive the right to use the automations we build for your business as described in your engagement.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is." While we work hard to deliver reliable, effective automation, we don't guarantee specific business results, revenue, or outcomes, as these depend on many factors outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AllyScale AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Termination

Either party may end the engagement per the cancellation terms above. We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
